Prime Video renueva Invincible para una quinta temporada
La plataforma de streaming decidió encargar la quinta temporada de Invincible previo al estreno de la cuarta entrega prevista para el 2026.
También se confirmó que Matthew Rhys se unirá al elenco de voces. La serie estará disponible exclusivamente en Prime Video en más de 240 países y territorios.
Basada en la serie de cómics de Robert Kirkman, junto con el cocreador Cory Walker y el creador colaborador Ryan Ottley, Invincible sigue a Mark Grayson, un adolescentde 17 años que hereda los superpoderes de su padre y se propone convertirse en el mayor defensor de la Tierra, el único problema es que la tarea resultó ser mucho más difícil de lo esperado.
El reparto de voces está compuesto por Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, J.K. Simmons, Seth Rogen, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Zachary Quinto, Chris Diamantopoulos, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Ben Schwartz, Clancy Brown, Jay Pharoah, Mark Hamill y Melise Jow.
Invincible es producida por el estudio de animación de Skybound Entertainment, Skybound Animation. Los productores ejecutivos son Kirkman, Rogen, David Alpert, Catherine Winder, Simon Racioppa, Margaret M. Dean y Evan Goldberg. Los coproductores ejecutivos son Helen Leigh y Cory Walker.
